CLIENT INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Location: Extended Lengths Salon is a home-based business located in Grays, Essex (RM16 4QU).
Although based on residential property, the salon is in a dedicated, professional space, not inside the house. Free parking is available on arrival.

Please note: Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to accommodate additional guests, including friends, family members, or children during appointments.

Deposits & Payments: Consultation: A £25 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. If you choose to go ahead with your hair extensions, this amount will be deducted from your final total. The remaining balance for hair and services must be paid on the day of your consultation. Maintenance Appointments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your maintenance appointment online. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, bank transfer, card machine, PayPal, and PayPal Credit (payment plan option).
All bookings must be made via the online booking system.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Once your deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your original appointment time, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. If you cancel or attempt to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost and cannot be transferred. If you do not attend your appointment for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds: Due to the personalised nature of hair extensions, refunds cannot be provided once the hair has been fitted. Each fitting is custom to the client and the hair cannot be reused or reassigned.
Maintenance Schedule:Maintenance is key to keeping your natural hair and extensions in the best possible condition. Appointments should be booked every 6-8 weeks, depending on your chosen method and your hair's needs. Regular maintenance ensures proper repositioning, removal of shed hairs, and reduces the risk of damage.
Client Responsibilities: It is the client's responsibility to care for their extensions between appointments. Failure to follow the proper care guidelines can result in damage to both your extensions and your natural hair.

• Washing and drying correctly
• Using only recommended products
• Following all aftercare advice provided
